These terms apply to your use of unpitch, which is operated by Lemonlolly.

The service

unpitch helps businesses find suitable agencies and arranges introductions. We research and suggest agencies based on the information you give us. We don't guarantee that we'll find a match, that an agency will be available, or the outcome of any work you agree with an agency.

For businesses

unpitch is free for businesses. Any agreement you make with an agency is between you and that agency. You're responsible for checking an agency is right for you before you engage them.

Please give us accurate information. We may decline or close briefs that are incomplete, duplicated or not genuine.

For agencies

There are no fees at launch. If you claim a profile, you confirm you're authorised to manage it and that the information you provide is accurate. You can correct or remove your profile at any time.

Opportunities are shared in confidence. Please don't use a business's details for anything other than responding to their brief.

Directory information

Agency profiles may be built from publicly available information and are labelled as such. They don't imply endorsement of, or a relationship with, unpitch. We work to keep information accurate but can't guarantee it.

Affiliated agencies

Some agencies may have a business relationship with unpitch. They're considered under the same criteria as other agencies and labelled when shown to you. See how we keep matching fair.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for the work or conduct of agencies you choose to engage.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page.
